Pace's Mechanical Division is a full-service mechanical contractor installing and maintaining heating and ventilation systems. We install and maintain cooling towers, boilers, chillers, fan coils, heat pumps, radiant heat, chilled beams, conventional piping ductwork at the highest level of mechanical craftsmanship at a non-union price. 

Before starting any new project, we analyze your design drawings to ensure you have the systems in place for your building's needs. Then we coordinate the project from installation to commissioning to give you a seamless experience. Whether you are building a 60-story residential highrise or building a commercial office building, Pace has the team to get it done.

Pace also offers interior fit out services. We will work with your interior designer to  help create a space that is comfortable and will delight its visitors. 

Pace is helping NYC go green, including assisting building owners with implementing the city's new ordinance to reduce its carbon footprint and convert to electricity. As the first one of its kind in Manhattan, Pace has been called upon to install an innovative new geothermal heat pump system at the new 19-story 260,000 square foot commercial project going up at 561 Greenwich Street.
